Palm Springs International Airport is located less than five miles away from the wedding location and services most U.S. cities.  Because the wedding is during the Desert's peak season, we recommend that our guests make their travel arrangements as soon as possible to ensure availability and the best rates.

The Viceroy is a boutique resort and spa, located at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in the heart of Palm Springs.   The resort, which is designed in a modern interpretaion of the Hollywood Regency style, popular during the Desert's original glamour era, offers a variety of accomodations, including one and two bedroom villas, suites, and standards rooms.

We have blocked a limited number of each type of accomodation at discounted wedding prices for Friday and Saturday night.  Because the wedding is during the Desert's peak season, room reservations must be made by February 15, 2008 to take advantage of the discounted prices.  We encourage you to make room reservations early to ensure availability and the best prices.  If you encounter any problems with availability at the discounted wedding price, please contact us and we will do our best to add rooms to our wedding block.

The Viceroy is the location of the wedding and the reception, and is where we will be staying and spending most of our time.

In addition to the rooms at the Viceroy, we have blocked a limited number of rooms at the Wyndham for Friday and Saturday night.   Located approximately one mile from the Viceroy, the Wyndham is a terra-cotta Spanish colonial-style building, which surrounds the largest swimming pool in Palm Springs.  The Wyndham is a family-friendly resort with numerous amenities.

To take advantage of the discounted wedding rates, reservations at the Wyndham must be made by February 15, 2008.  Please contact us if you encounter any problems making reservations at the Wyndham.
